      At first I only went to this center because I am relatively new in town and needed a skin check. Someone told me about Dr. Elliott being a good bet so I tried her. First of all Dr. Elliott is one of those doctors where you sit there and ask yourself "wow, this person is very very smart", and with that said, you are able to relax completely knowing that you are in good hands. The center is quite nice and the waiting room is like a lobby of a very nice hotel. When I was there for my skin check I saw that they do botox and by no means am I addicted, but here and there I treat myself. When I was checking out I asked to book an appt for botox and to my surprise the nice lady replied that "there is no appt nessesary for botox, it is performed on a walk in basis" NOW I don't know about you, but I can't stand appts for anything....so that this place did no require appts for botox/fillers made my day!

      Highly recommend this cosmetic center! I had Botox, Restylane, and a Fraxel treatment and had amazing results and my was dealt with in a completely friendly and professional manner. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a well established professional cosmetic center. I will be a long time customer of the Center for Laser Surgery!
