      i.e., A local favoGreat Place to Live! I am close to everything! Across the street is the Waterfront metro, straight four blocks is the National Mall, and the Capitol, to your left one block is the waterfront, Arena Stage Theater, and Cantina Marina where you can eat and drink to a beautiful sunset. To your right is the Nationals Baseball Park. This area is a hidden gem, I am glad I found it. Enjoy! rite, or highly recommended because
