After a very nice graduation ceremony on yesterday [June 9 2014] this morning when my daughter dropped my grand-daughter off at school she was told that not only my grand-daughter but several other children would not be able to attend class today. They claimed that letters were sent out to parents 30 days ago regarding unpaid balances and that the letters were to be sent by the Program Director [who suddenly resigned last week] that would offer extensions, work out payment plans or other options ;but no letters, telephone calls, or meetings took place. My daughters room-mate works for the center and she has disclosed that this a common practice with Bennett Babies to strong arm parents into paying balances by not allowing the children to attend school. This program receives subsidies from the DC Government which have already been dispersed and the school's failure to follow-thru on their end is preventing kids from attending school today- Regina Ellis frustrated grandmother.

As a parent that child attends this dirty and irresponsable school. I can tell you so many reasons why this is not the school for your precious baby. They had 2 good teachers one is gone and the other they put her anywhere they can stick her. I came to pick up my son only to find that he had hard and crusty poop on his bottom that been sitting on him for hours. On picture day my son did'nt have any pictures because they said he probably was crying or uncoorprative. You ask the teachers there famous line is " Ohh we just got here, we only work over here in the afternoon". Some help they are! He fell and hit his head as soon as I walked in the door no one let me know anything I had to look at his face and start yelling and screaming for some answers. Teachers in this place change like the weather, they say it's because they don't meet up to Bennett Babies standards. What standards! this is it for me, I'm getting my precious out of that hell hole.
