Baroody Law is a boutique law firm predominantly assisting clients with Intellectual Property matters. Specifically, the Intellectual Property practice consists of US Trademark Searches, Trademark Registrations, Response to Office Action Letters, Section 8 and 9 renewals, and other matters involving Trademark Law at the USPTO and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Baroody Law also assists musicians, authors, and business owners with copyright registrations and protecting intellectual property as it relates to international trade and when it results in a federal claim against the US Government. Additionally, Baroody Law can assist in certain International Trade Law matters involving U.S. Customs and Federal Trade Commission.
