Bar Pillar is an American-style dining establishment that is located in Washington, D.C. Its menu includes appetizers, salads, soups, desserts and vegetarian dishes, including honey-glazed carrots, mushrooms with braised leeks, green beans with herbs, roasted olives and stuffed potatoes. The restaurant also serves an array of entrees, such as roasted pork suckling, pork sausage, pan-seared scallops, mussels, steaks, and chicken breasts and livers. Bar Pillar offers a variety of ice cream, homemade chocolate cookies, brownies and pies. In addition, the restaurant serves a selection of wines, including pinot giris, Riesling, pinot noir and zinfandel from around the world.
