Visited this store, wanting to purchase an iced coffee. They were all out and the lady named Taiwan went in the back to retrieve a new one. She opened the machine and placed the ice coffee inside. She then grabbed an old box cutter and attempted to cut the dispenser. I asked her why would she use a rusty, dusty, box cutter to cut the coffee knowing that the directions in the inside specifically said to use sanitized scissors. She stated that she has been working at 7-11 for 3 years and they always use the box cutters!! I was appalled and left to go to starbucks, although more pricey, I did not have to worry about getting sick from an unapproved, unsanitized dispenser!!!
