This building is deceiving. On the inside, it's beautiful; however, once you are on the outside, it's like being in the slums. There are teenage boys and drunks walking around the building all times of the evening into the night; you see broken glass around the cars parked near the building, which is where half of the tenants park because the building was not designed to accommodate all of the residential units. Also, non-residents sneak into the secured building and sometimes they end up on the residential floors. One instance, I saw a strange man standing in the hall on my floor late at night and when I looked at him, he never raised his head up as if he did not want to be identified. People sometimes are found sleeping in the lobby on the couch, people lie about living in the building all the time, and if you do not have a parking space in the garage, you are subject to literally being left with no place to park, leaving idiots to bust your car windows and flatten your tires.
