For the past 24 years, The Center for Psychology has offered you counseling &psychotherapy, education & training programs, and psychological evaluation. Our practice is conveniently located in historic Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania, just five minutes from I-95. We serve those of you who live in Lower and Central Bucks County, PA, and Mercer County, NJ. Our location is 10 miles from Trenton, NJ; 12 miles from Levittown; 14 miles from Bristol, and 15 miles from Doylestown, PA. First appointments are scheduled within one week of your call; a 25-30 minute free initial consultation is available at your request. Our philosophy is that every person has the inner resources and abilities to live a healthy, happy & fulfilling life. Our counseling & psychotherapy services therefore takes a “whole person” approach, helping each client, couple, or family as unique individuals make the changes they desire. For more information, see Our Approach. At the Center for Psychology, we believe that the way you are treated is just as important as the services you receive. All calls are answered by our friendly staff, or returned promptly. During the week, our psychologists can be directly reached through the office until 8 pm; late evenings and weekends, we are available via cell phone for client emergencies. Our office suite offers you a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Our offices are designed to make you feel as if you are sitting in a living room rather than in a sterile, clinic-type setting. We even have a therapy dog who greets you in the waiting room!
