Not to be confused with salad dressing, Winegar (pronounced vinegar) is a precision machining and job shop. It presently operates three 630 MM horizontal machining centers, five 500 MM horizontal machining centers, four 50 taper vertical mills, five 40 taper vertical mills, two 40 taper horizontal mills, eleven CNC turning centers with up to 50 horsepower, four axis and 30-inch capacity, five Wickmans and three Brown & Sharpe screw machines on a two-shift basis. Winegar was officially incorporated in 1979. The facility in Waseca, Minn., is 100,000 square feet and has more than 100 employees.
