Waseca County Human Services is the public welfare and social services agency of Waseca County, Minn. It works with a mission to help individuals and families in achieving and maintaining their full potential for self-sufficiency. The department is comprised of more than 20 employees. Waseca County Human Services operates through income maintenance, social services and child support units. Its social services staff works in the areas of child protection and welfare, mental retardation, mental health intake, minor parents and licensing. The department s child support unit is comprised of child support officers under the supervision of the financial services supervisor. Waseca County Human Services is located in Waseca, Minn.
