5/19/08. In to ask a questiion about a mailing not received at its destination. On 5/5 mailed package to Springfield, Mass. As of 5/19 had not been received. Had to wait in line twenty + minutes because only two of four windows were open..Line was long. A third window opened but the second one shut down leaving still 2 of four windows open. This is not the first time this has happened. There never seems to be enough help at the customer window, especially when it is busy.The representative that waited on me was nice enough but questioned if I had done the address correctly and did I make all of the letters and numbers correctly. I could not remember three weeks ago but I pointed out that the PO acceptd the pakage. She then asked where the package was sent. I told her a Hospital. She then insisted that big places lilke a hospital could ;loose items in their mail room and I should recheck. I have already checked three times in the last week. No more room to write.Not good attitude
