Porcaro has been the principal in charge of all tax, business valuation, and business consulting services for Otrando Porcaro & Associates, Ltd. since 1987. Mr. Porcaro was selected as one of the top “50 IRS Practitioners” in the country and was voted “Accountant Advocate of the Year” by the RI Small Business Administration. Since 1990, he has been serving as a professor of taxation at Bryant University Graduate School Master of Taxation Program, he is a frequent lecturer on a variety of tax and business valuation issues for state and national professional associations, and has authored countless publications in the industry.
