I came across Mima's chocolate gluten free chip cookies by chance one day while in Garden Hills Deli, and boy am I glad I did! De-LICIOUS!!!!! I don't have a gluten allergy, and I admit that it was an impulse buy simply because the packaging (and the cookies inside) looked so inviting. I was surprised by how GREAT they were (better than grandma used to make), and all the ingredients are natural, which I loved, AND Mima's is local, which I also love. I have since bought the oatmeal and lemon sugar, which are just as good. And my husband likes them, too (I didn't tell him they were gluten-free. Even though he doesn't know what that means, he can be a weirdo with "new" things). I hope Mima's expands the product line to include cupcakes and other stuff!
