I recently had a private birthday party for my 5 year old daughter. She LOVED this place. I actually had to drag her out kicking and screaming the whole time. I was pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN Kidz Kastle is. We had the whole place to ourselves. The staff from the owners down were so pleasant and friendly to deal with. There were lots of things to do to keep the kids entertained and engaged. I didn't expect the level of attention to detail and the exceptional customer service that I received. The staff did everything from cutting the cake to helping me pack up the gifts at the end of the party. My guests had a great time too! I would and have, highly recommended Kidz Kastle to others. For everything that you get, it's a fantastic value.

This place is AWESOME!!!!!.. Everything is soo clean and well run. The owner is super nice and friendly...very sweet..The environment is both safe and fun... I highly highly recommend it...Oh and did I mention that the pricing is unbelievable...You get sooo much for your money. Great value..Very unique and novel. The kids always love to go to Kidz Kastle. What is that terrible smell when you first walk in? It is always too loud and too crowded. Shouldn't there be a capacity limit? I also inquired as to having a birthday party there..The information is very misleading and conflicting. What it states on their website is very different from what they tell you on the phone. Will not return and will not recommend it.

My children and I always have a great time here!!! They have these teacup rides that my daughters love!!!

I know the owners. They are not wealthy entrepreneurs. They are regular parents who wanted to make a great place for kids. Its a new business and it takes a lot of money to keep a place like that open. I know the owners care and they wouldn't let anything happen to your child.

I took my son and god daughter to see elmo and the kids had fun,so i had a party and it went very well they even packed my gifts into the car. It was hard to find.

YOU PEOPLE ARE OUT OF YOUR MINDS..I've had two parties there for my children and they loved it. I had to do nothing, and there are two slices of pizza per kid. Maybe you didn't read the form saying all of it but I consider that your fault. As far as the 2 hours, I had to do nothing, they did everything for me including cutting the cake. After all of the cleaning I saw the girls doing that day I left them $40.

Horrible place for a party!!!!! It normally costs $11 per child for unlimited play. For a party it is $250 for only 2 hours, for up to 12 children. The child then gets 1 slice of pizza, and they downgraded their juice boxes to these messy drinks w/ no top, and no straw that spill everywhere. Then your sticky child goes and plays on the toys...not great for cleanliness. They did nothing for us...literally didn't even cut the cake. The young girls came over after about an hour to see if they could start cleaning up the pizza/dishes WHILE we were eating?? And then they have the nerve to ask for a gratuity on the bill....? For what? For sitting there on the computer the other time while I wiped juice off a floor for you? AWFUL place for a party. You are better off piling your kids in a van, taking them there for the $11, go back to your home and have the cake and food elsewhere. The customer service is horrendous. And the place smells of feet.

Fabulous place for a child aprty. Clean and lots to do. My son and his friends had an absolute blast! Highly recommend!

Just too crowded and dangerous. No staff attention, accept when you walk in. Attracts too many mother who ignore their kids as the kids plow over smaller kids. The tv was turned on and my son became hypnotized because we dont watch a lot of tv at home. When I asked to turn the tv off, the girl at the desk said someone requested it be on because it keeps her children busy. The girl obviously wasnt trained in customer service. Im not going to pay $11 for my kid to watch tv. in a loud place thats jam-packed. The line for the slide was too long with kids pinned against each other going up the stairs and it was unsupervised (except by me). I had a bad experience, but on a day that isnt rainy or didnt have a bunch of ignorant mothers that rather chat with each other than watch their kids, it might be fun for me and my son.

Held a birthday party for my 4 year old son. Would recommend it for 6 and under. The place is clean, equipment safe, lots to do. Some info is misleading. No envelopes with invites. Not traditional Tony's cheeze pizzza - just a pie with a too spicy sauce which went uneaten. Its a fridge with frost build up not a freezer for ice cream (which melted). Bubble machine wasn't on (was told it works on timer, right), 1 hostess per party so other party with 20 kids needed help of my hostess. Hostess sets up and breaks down and conducts face paining with other hostess. Thats it. She doesn't announce to your guests when anything starts or promotes/provides wipes for washing hands/faces and isn't available to give instructions for computer kiosk and isn't there to make your child feel special. Yes, I'm being picky, so I gave a big tip because the kids loved the place. Oh, I saw her drop a juice box ruining the frosting on my cake, but no appology name Jackie.

I really enjoyed my trip to kidz kastle. i have a 2yr old daughter and she had a blast there is indoor basketball, dressup, karaokee, slides, video games;everything. and on top of everything it is EVERY CLEAN.

Lots of fun for kids and plenty to do. Can be loud, but what can you expect with kids running around. On the expensive side, so we can't go regularly.
