I btought several watches to this establishment. Some i doubted could be repaired. They were very helpful. All batteries were replaced and the bands I thought were broken were repaired at no cost. They could have very easily sold me new watchbands for an additional 50.00.. The owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment.

I brought a watch to Gabrielle's for a battery 6 weeks ago. The owner struggled trying to close the watch back up and kept pressing with various tools to close it while I watched. Next thing the pin snapped off the watch. She sent the watch to her jeweler to replace the pin and it took over a month for that to happen. All this time without a watch and she still charges me $10 for the battery! My one year old watch she states "how do I know it wasn't broken before you came in". I do not recommend anyone visit this establishment.
