Not sure if I trust the owner. He seems shady to me and I know first hand, at times he is okay, but then his bad side shows up.

took my 2000 Mercedes E320 wagon to him for some repairs. Wound up needing more work, which i knew i needed, no pressure to do it though. I called him back a few days later to authorize the work, he gave me the estimate and Fred called me with updates as to how it was progressing. When i came to pick it up, i got diagrams of what he did, the prices for all parts and the bill was just what i was told. i would recommend Fred to anyone with an older Mercedes and will definately bring it back should i need more serice.

Honest service, willing to work with the customer to find parts and perform service at reasonable cost. I have three cars (only one German) that I mostly maintain or repair myself, but any job that is beyond my ability goes to Fred's. No big flashy showroom/service area to pay for, so no outrageous dealer charges. Highly recommend.

they are not very honest, they said they have a one year warranty for all the parts they install,but they charged me twice for the same problem within a year, i showed them my receipts but they gave me a hard time.
