I give this Fedex person a 0, I waited all day for my package to arrive. This was packed in dry ice $2000.00, worth of products. No one knocked on my door, no one rang my loud doorbell. I waited waited and waited for the delivery, very perishable needed to be refridgerated ASAP. Went outside low and behold a tag hanging from the doorknob stating that they had a package to deliver. No kidding I have been waiting for it all day. Now they will be responsible for the ruined $2000.00 products that were ruined due to their lazy incompent driver that did not ring the doorbell nor did they knock!!!So Fedex gets a BIG FAT 0...Now what do I tell my patients on Monday ?? The company doesn't ship on Friday because it cannot be unfrozen.....That's why it was delivered today on Friday...but no one bothered to ring bell or knock on door, I hope the person that deliver's this product gets fired... Will my customers come see me or will they go some where else?? Thanks alot FEDEX FOR NOTHING......
