I ordered my dress in Sept 09 and picked the dress up in Dec 09. The manager Donna asked if I wanted to try the dress on before I took the dress home. Oh course I want to try the dress on before I take it home. I tried the dress on and the dress was a mess. Completely wrinkled and it did not look like the dress I ordered. The wrinkles were so so so bad. The dress brought tears to my eyes. I told the manager that I was upset that the dress was not pressed and she stated that if you get alternations at the store they will steam it for you. That is garbage... I have previously purchased many dresses from this store, and I have not had any alternations there and my dresses did not look like that. I can't believe that they would allow a bride to take her dress home in that condition. The staff had no compassion for my disappointment.The consultant told my mother "well how do you think we get our dresses? They come in a little box." The dress looked like they took it out of a box.Garbage!!

Horrible Service, Ordered all the wrong dresses, Consultant didn't even write the right dress down in the file, Basically say customers were in the wrong. Disrespectful
