My girlfriend took my 07 bmw 328xi there to get an oil change and car wash witch cost a little over 100 bucks to do. And it would always idle a little rough so yesterday came time to get an oil change for it again and I decided to do it myself due to the great weather. While draining the oil I poped the hood and started to remove the cap witch housed the oil filter and to my surprise there was no oil filter. I am so upset with this establishment. Not only was I charged over 100 bucks for the service they didn't even put a filter in my car. I will never go there again and if you have a bmw and go I would demand to see if they put a new filter in before you leave. I would go in to demand my money back but would probably get the run around and get more agrivated. So beware

I brought my car for an oil change today, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. No pressure to buy anything at all. I asked how much an air filter was and the price was more than a dealership. That was the only downside I noticed. I will return here for my next service.

I went here for the first time, all I can say is for a synthetic oil change costed me $60, great price, service was courteous and very speedy, there was no scam because Im a woman and first time I didn,t here well you know this is no good well its going to cost you. and at the end I got a free car wash which I wasn't expecting , ( free car wash with every oil change)

I went to have my 2008 Trailblazer oil changed. They changed the oil, but the one thing I asked them to do was to check and fill my tires with air, they didn't do it. They never even checked my tire pressure, as was indicated on my itemized bill, which was low and the reason I specifically asked them to check it. They also tried to up-sell me new coolant by trying to convince me that the "dirty oil" they showed me was dirty coolant! Who falls for that trick? I checked my coolant when I got home and it's pristine. They also claimed my front and rear differential oil needed to be changed as well as the transfer case fluid, the bill indicated "not checked", so I wonder who's oil they showed me? I won't be back!
