Excellant! Dr. Laudmerer & Dr. Napp are compassionate & detailed, and the office staff is both friendly and helpful. A little pricey but you get what you pay for..

I cannot say enough about Dr. John Ludmerer and his staff. He has a beautiful, state of the art facility, but the most remarkable thing is his genuine love for animals and his compassionate, caring nature - also evident in everyone who works there. He is highly competent and fully explains each procedure; he welcomes questions and is not at all condescending. His treatment options are conservative and he doesn't push additional costs on you that are unnecessary. I recently had to have my beloved 18 year old cat put down and they were absolutely wonderful to me - affording me all of the sympathy and understanding you would expect when you lose a member of the family. While the prices aren't inexpensive, I would say they are probably competitive for the area and you definitely get your money's worth.
