And the risotto features seasonally available ingredients like sweet Jersey Corn, Black Dirt Beets, and Heirloom tomatoes. Beer options include our local favorites like Rushing Duck, Equilibrium, Other Half & Grimm in addition to the distant greats like Hill Farmstead, Brasserie Dunham, Zero Gravity & Evil Twin!
