They refused to treat my animal after diagnosis. I took him to another vet, they treated him and he'll live another 5 years. I will NEVER take an animal there ever again.

We have used Dr. West and his clinic for a couple of decades now and I wouldn't think of taking my animals anywhere else! Not only is he a brilliant vet with your beloved pet but he is absolutely the best with all large animals! A well-trained vet with unrivaled compassion! You can't go wrong with Dr. West!!!

I had a bad experience with another vet with my llamas. I was looking for someone that could do emergency surgeries, if need be, but never wanted to use that other vet again. I have one vet for my cats/dogs, one vet for shot protocols.......... and now Dr West for shots, surgery, or protocol. His office staff is superior. But my main concern is that he is very good with my llamas and donks. His answers to my questions were very thorough and appreciated. My llama needed an ear surgery, and personally, I would not want anyone else for my animal emergency care at this point. This vet is like 6 foot.5+ , a gentle giant that my animals seem to like, so I highly recommend, being seeing a vet is hard enough for animals. Also, Casey is awesome as well !!!

Wonderful vet. He has been taking care of my animals for more than 10 years and has always been there when something has gone wrong.
