My family and I have been going to The OSS for years, I have sent many family members,and friends to get service from here. I made an appointment and went to see what they could do for me, they said Invisalign, so that is what we done, well they didn't do the job so then I went into braces,( knowing that the cost was for the first part.) They took the braces off, still had a few problems, ha, then I had told them I did not want my teeth to move so I asked them to put in a permanent retainer, they put it on the top and on the bottom, they didn't know what they were doing the glue wouldnt stick, so after a couple times they took it out and I have a plastic one. I have a permanent on the top But the same thing has been going on, they just used a wire, nothing forming the way it should have been, I have been back time and time, finally the last time they told me that I was done and they wanted to charge me I got a nasty letter from Dr Gene Off to another place to fix the top retainer right
