Locomotive Components and Services, Inc was founded in 1992 by its president Keith Lisle, whose career in the business spans over thirty years. We are based in Warrior, Alabama, thirty minutes north of Birmingham, Alabama, Locomotive Components strives to offer the industry the finest repair, parts, and service available. L.C.&S. caters mainly ( but not limited ) to short line railways, private lines, and industrial plant locomotives.
