After 6 go backs in 4 months and 700 dollars poorer...I now have a car that is a has a blown engine SIMPLY because it was band-aided instead of THE root cause fixed...I know 4 other people with similar experiences from ROD'S! Terry in office is wonderful and everyone is nice however I feel they simply didnt want to tell me the truth because they didn't want to fix a head gasket....i am heart broken over my car and hate being ripped off andNOW carless!!!!!!

I was in urgent need of a fix for an electrical problem on a trailer that needed to go to the DMV before the end of the day. I called them to see if they could help on such short notice. They had me bring the trailer in. A technician walked right out, diagnosed the problem and had me fixed and on the way in minutes, at a fair price. The office manager was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend these folks.
