Horrible company! Honestly their service was fine but when I received the bill I was extremely disappointed. I needed two of the same parts for two water heaters. I was told how much they would cost initially but when I received my bill they were more than double what I was told they would be. I was also charged for 2.5 hours of service when the plumber was only in my house for 1 hour and 20 min. When I called initially I was told I would only be charged for the time the plumber was in my house and not travel time. I don't know if they tried to take advantage of me because I was young, my husband was at work, and I am pregnant or if they are just a shady company. Beware!
