I go here once a month to get my nails done. I think it's the best place in town. Friendly people love the atmosphere.

The staff was very professional and made me feel they were there for me with special treatment love the hand massage you must go here and treat yourself to relaxation.

I was visiting my sister and she treated me to a spa pedicure. Oh my, it was the best experience I've ever had! The gentleman working on me was so funny and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. It was a such a delight that I'm definitely stopping back in on my next visit!

I was also there on the weekend of Valentines and wish to dispute the account given by this woman. I've been a loyal patron of the salon and on one of the busiest days of the year, I believe the staff did a phenomenal job! I received a luxurious spa pedicure and the staff had me laughing and enjoying every minute! The staff had shared their apologies with many of the patrons that they were shorthanded but was willing to tend to our needs in every way possible. I believe this gal failed to share her concerns with anyone and the little gal who "left" just came to the States and only left her station to complete a 2-nail design that took no more than 5 minutes. It was not neglect, but rather a miscommunication and had this gal simply expressed her concern to the staff, they would have surely addressed it. I LOVE this salon, their friendly staff, and all the luxurious services offered in a modern, lovely decorated, and clean environment. They truly promote customer service!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ruined my b-day/valentines day present. Had an appointment and kept taking walk-ins ahead of us. Finally started working on my husband, then the lady actually got up to work on a walk-in manicure. I sat with my feet in pedi-tub for 1/2 hour before I finally got mad enough to leave. The owner didn't even apologize!!!!!
