GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! went for cut and highlights. LOREENE overprossesed my hair until it was BURNT, FRIZZED AND ORANGE. When I complained she put a "toner" in it which made the surrounding hair DARKER and the "highlights" still floressent orange AND FRIZZED AND BURNT... STAND OUT EVEN MORE. I had to purchase A store bought hair dye and do it MYSELF after spending OVER $100. When I called the next day to ask for a refund only on the color she said she'd call me back....Then Warren POLICE called me back saying I was HARASSING HER? and to leave them alone! Any other salon would have given me a refund after damaging my hair like THAT. Instead they resort to a cheap trick like that and waste the policemans time, just to not give a refund. This is how these people do business! BTW, when she was doing my hair she was talking about a previous customer and how she didn't get HER color right! I will tell everyone I know NOT TO GO THERE! TERRIBLE. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.
