      The service man just left, after restoring heat to my home this morning. The outside temps are in the 30's and we lost heat sometime during the night. I just wanted to let it be known that the young man who was here was very personable, apparently knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated the prompt service, with what I considered a fair price. I have, and will continue to recommend Thompson to anyone with heating or cooling needs/problems. It is a pleasure to do business with a company who treats customers as more than just customers. My service involved more than just fixing the problem... it included a full explanation of everything done and future recommendations, with the justification for those recommendations. No one likes to pay bills for service, but the young man who fixed my furnace made it about as painless as he could. Kudos deserved by all involved, including the young lady who took my call.
