Friendly and caring staffs. Therapists well trained, listens to your needs and actually addresses what you want them to focus on. I've tried different therapists (came from different reasons - relaxation to pain therapy), and each has their own unique techniques. I finally had great deep tissue massage here. Have 3 favorite therapists that I pick from based on what I need. Best of all, their wellness program has no contract -- unlike the other franchise -- and they have lots of members only specials.
