I called the company to come out because I had clogged tub and toilets.. I called and asked for them to come out and snake outside drain and once they get it cleared to get camera in to see if we have issues that need to be addressed .. They came out put the snake in and hit the clog at 43ft.. They said they hit something and they cant go past it.. One of the plumbers named Mike decided to put the camera in to see if he can see what the blockage is He got at the same point and the camera quality was really poor, it was way to dark to see anything.. He said he recommends for us to get jetting which was $600.00.. He didn't have the machine with him so he went to talk to his supervise to see when he can come to get it done It took them about 30-45 mins to set up, put the snake in, get the camera and talk to the supervisor The next hour or more Mike and his assistant spent selling us different services they have and what their cost was...I asked them multiple times to try snaking it couple more times to see if they can get the clog out, and they refused stating that their machine cant do it, and that they are sure we will need jetting, and if that doesn't work, we would need pipe repair I ended up paying $175.00 for them not doing their job,. I was still in the same position as I was before I ended up calling different company and explaining the issue, they assured me that they can get get the clog out, if not they would not charge me anything The other company was able to snake it few times, and the clog was gone I called the main office and spoke to Julie, and explained that different company was able to get job done, and that I wanted the refund She said they don't do refunds and that there wasn't anything she can do In my opinion this company does this all the time, and why wouldnt they? They come out pretending that they cant get the clog out, sell you the $600 jetting and plus you pay $175 for them basically just coming out, and if you decide not to get jetting, they still get $175, for doing absolutely nothing Scam company beware!!!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended I would give this company 0 stars but I can't....I called this company out because my basement was flooded. The guy came out and said it was better to not cut and pull out the roots but to just push them through, Well it worked for the water to drain out of my basement but within a few weeks my basement flooded again. I called them back and the woman was very rude and said we don't guarantee any work and I would have to pay full price for them to come back. I would not call this company for anything they don't know what they are doing and don't stand by the work that they do.....The woman I dealt with was very rude also, here I'am with another flooded basement right after I had just finished getting it back in order and throwing lots of things out and now doing it again a few weeks later, on top of the money it cost for them to come out was very stressful I have this woman being rude which is not what I need at this time...This company claims to have 100% satisfaction but its all a scam ! We did call another company Armstrong Plumbing and he did a great job.....

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!!!!This hack also owns SO CLEAN. I had a "plumber" come out for a leak, he told me I had a HUGE water problem and should call SO CLEAN. I got a 2nd opinion and found out I had a minor leak and it cost $150 as opposed to the thousands SO CLEAN wanted. Did some research and found the same guy ownsa BOTH so called companies!!! I also found out that they rip off insurance companies on a daily basis!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
