Del Taco was formed in 1964 and is now the 2nd largest quick serve Mexican restaurant chain in the US. Our cheese is grated fresh off the block, not poured from a bag. We slow cook our beans for four hours and mash them by hand. We grill our marinated chicken throughout the day so it's always hot, moist and tender. Using only the freshest ingredients, every morning we dice the tomatoes and hand cut the cilantro for our salsa. It's all about quality. Taste the Del Taco difference!

My first experience at your Hoover store was fantastic. I got the breakfast biscuit sandwich with bacon. However, the last 2 visits were very disappointing. I ordered the same breakfast sandwich and both times the biscuits were stale and crumbly. Please make my next stop a pleasure with fresh product or it may be the last.
