Tom spent 5 hours at our home and went above and beyond what we payed him to do, and didn't charge an extra penny. He clearly understands customer service and was very polite and helpful. He answered all of our questions, pointed out certain things that we weren't aware of and serviced more than just our air ducts when it was all said and done. Very professional and very polite. We will use Beltz again in the future.
