Excellent bike shop!!! Recently bought a Giant Anthem x 29er from them. They generously arranged several extensive demos on the trail. Alex (Sales, mechanic, mountain biker and good guy) had ridden all the bike I'd demo'd and was very helpful in comparing notes, and on correct setup so I could get the most out of the demo. Mark (owner) bent over backwards to make me a great deal on the bike, including several component changes/upgrades. I really appreciate Mark's direct and positive style. He's all about solutions, and tries to give you the best deal he can from the get-go. Ben, (sales and Mech) with whom I'd had several informative phone conversations, built up my bike to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I'd built my last 2 mountain bikes up myself and figured I'd have to redo some things because I'm so picky. Ben attended to every little detail, including setting the bike up tubeless w/Stan's. I literally set seat height and sag and was on the trail. Highly recommend this shop!

i bought my first NICE bike the other day. The owner and his employees were super friendly and honest with me and my husband. We went in to purchase a spinning bike for inside and left with an awesome TREK bike for outside! They all stayed after hours to serve us. They encouraged me to go outdoors and "enjoy the sights and smells". I have for three days now. The first day i went 28 miles and couldn t believe how smooth my bike was! Now I know why people like to cycle so much! Today and yest I went less, and saw stray cow, beautiful rows of corn, miniature horses, birds. After the rain today it smelled so good! I want to thank you guys on NW expressway Bike One for sharing your enthusiam for cycling. One guy said, wind is great training tool,it makes you stronger!" I've always hated OK wind, but he helped me see something positive about it. I just want to say thank you for your guidance! I think I am hooked! Thank you kid who assembled it too. This is one of the most honest and reasonable bike stores i have ever been in. I bought my mountain bike, riding gear, and a bike rack from these guys and they really know their stuff. My bike came with free tune ups for life and I have never had a problem getting my bike in and getting it back in time to ride. Their service separates them from a lot of other stores in the city.
