BEWARE! I made the biggest mistake by hiring this company to do my concrete in my backyard. But I will have the last laugh once I tell all of upstate NY about his work. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! This Company is the worst I have ever dealt with. After signing contract, it took almost 3 weeks to start. Dave and his workers would only work 3 hours a day and blamed it on the heat while he was working at other jobs. It took nearly 3 weeks to finish a job that should have taken at the most 4-5 days. Finally the finished the stamped concrete and opened my pool railing holes at a different place. Now my pool railings don't fit.The topcoat they used was awfully put on with a broom showing all the lines and bubbles. It just looks awful. There are several places where the concrete is not even and can hurt your foot if walking barefoot. They ruined part of may fence which they had to take off almost everyday and my fence door can not open or close. The cut the concrete with a concrete saw leaving at least 2 inches without cutting. I have tried to call Dave many times and he would only lie he he was still coming to fix these huge mistakes. I even told him my children can drown without railings and that if they do would he be able to live with that? But he doesn't care. He tells me he fired his workers because of what they did to my backyard and is now stuck without workers and that he is still coming. Lies.He has blocked many telephone numbers that I would call from. He is very unprofessional. His work is very unprofessional. Now I will call every concrete company for an estimate to mend his mistakes just to tell them of his work. I made the mistake of paying him and not looking closely at his work. But I will see him in court. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGGREVATION and hire the professionals!
