Some of the Management is disrespectful when it comes to the employees. I just quit my job because of it. No matter what is happening or how stressful it gets no one has a right to talk to another person the way some of the Managers do to the employees. I would NEVER let my child work for this restaurant, I'm an adult and I I can't handle being talked to with the disrespectful attaude that some of the Managers give I don't think a younger person could. The worse part is that it is coming more from the females than males.

I actually just left a little bit ago. My complaint is there's a manager that was there and the way she speaks to her employees is very unprofessional. The young lady was standing by the menu outside and was waiting for the customers to finish before she put sign out and that manager came out there fussing. The poor girl looked embarrassed..I know I would've been. That is not the first time I was there and heard her. Another time I was on my lunch break and eating inside when I heard her YELLING at her employees. I'm a Manager myself and if I have a problem with someone I DO NOT talk to them in front of customers and I would NEVER yell at them like that. Because of the way she treats her employees I almost don't want to come back. I know when I ate there when I was on lunch I had to hurry and get out of there because I could not stand hearing her yelling the way she was. Someone needs to talk with her or something.

I haven't had good service like that at any Wendy's in Georgia. I only saw women from the drive thru, my food was fresh and my service was A1. Thanks ladies.
