I purchased a HP Deskjet printer 1010 w/ bundle USB cord for $34.00 that I saw on the internet before I went to the store, once there I was told I had to pay separately for both items, I went right to customer service after I purchased the two items and was told that the USB cord was suppose to be in the box with the printer and did not get a refund for purchasing the USB cord. So where is the bundle deal? Why did I have to purchase both items even after the store manager checked the website and acknowledged that the bundle deal was advertised on their website and failed to refund my money for the USB cord.
