We have been to Panera Bread Co In WR The past 5 Times no joke Have not had bread bowls The last time they ran out of Chicken and Wild Rice soup " Soup of the day" and bread bowls. We love Panera but the one in Warner Robins is very poorly ran. My dad went there last week wanted soup with bread bowl Guess what Sorry SIr We are out of bread bowls. ITS A BREAD COMPANY. I wouldnt waste your time going there !! The sad thing is Im not a complainer I work in Customer Service so I know how It is to hear complaining. Step IT up guys! The Owner doesnt care becuase nothing has changed since it Opened I hear complaints about how bad the services is and how they run out of Bread and soup. Coorporate office has to know I cant believe its been ran like th is. Other Paneras are great but honestly We cant believe Its ran like this How is this poss. Trust me I would not be getting on a website complaining if this happend only once or twice Heck even three times Just check the Google Reviews Im not the only one !

Had a wonderful first time experience here! I took my mom for coffee after shopping one rainy evening last week and it was great. It has a beautiful ambience with lit fireplace, yellows and browns cascading across the room, and the smell of fresh coffee and breads. My peppermint mocha and cranberry orange muffin lit me up like a Christmas tree, and she loved her hazelnut coffee. We even got cute little gingerbread men to go.
