Not a good experience. Customer service was horrible. The contractor putting in the backsplash never showed up when he was suppose to, gave us really questionable excuses. He was fired before he finished our job. No one ever called us to check to see if everything was ok with us. We had to call them-was told "oh I thought the job was done". They did send someone out after we complained. Too little a little too late. Will not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
