It was great...went to them on a Groupon also...brought my Daugher-in-law for her first Mani/Pedi....we enjoyed the girls...and will be back...thanks....

Loved it. The girls are nice. My manicure and pedicure look perfect. I went on groupon too and I am definitely going back without the deal. I thought it was great.

I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi. It is true you get what you pay for. This was the worst pedicure I have EVER had. When I brought my still very dry heels to the girls attention, she said "oh yeah, it's from the weather". My manicure was no better. I again brought my barely touched cuticles to the girls attention and again she blamed it on the weather. While sitting under the dryer, the girl who had been sitting next to me showed me how they never even removed all of her old nail polish and same deal with her heels. By the end of that day, I had to touch up my manicure myself and lotion my heels twice. Thankfully I only paid $16.00 and walked out disgusted without leaving a tip. Establishments like this give Groupon a bad name. I can't imagine that this place will be around for long. Horrible service all the way around!! I had to give it a star to be able to post my comment!

The staff members are courteous and funny. The service is quick and price very reasonable. I even recieved a discount. The reason why didn't give this nailery 5 stars is b/c I am a big fan of gel nails as I do not use acrylic. Gel is the closest thing to preserving my nail color for 2 weeks or more on natural nails. However, when I had the gel nails done here, the polish was not applied neatly and started peeling after 3 days. Furthermore, gel nails are not supposed to peel but instead grow out just like acrylic. Great service and staff yet I wouldn't recommend having gel nails done here.

I am a regular at the salon, NOT a groupon user and I love the service and prices. The girls(and guy) in there are great. As far as getting an appointment, I never have a problem, however I know with all the people that purchased groupons tried walking in/making apps same day which I mean hello, you're paying like 5 bucks for a mani pedi, you should def call and get an appointment ahead of time like I do for regular fill ins. I'm a regular at this salon and find them to be very friendly, great at what they do AND they speak English. It may sound a bit rude but it's difficult to frequent a business that can't understand me and I can't understand them. Every person is entitled to their own opinions of a business but the only way to find out if you'll like a place is to go and check it out for yourself.

This was my first time at this salon and I had a wonderful time there. Very friendly and accomodating, it makes me sad to see negative comments about things that aren't that serious. Things happen all the time and it may be out of the person's control. Anyhow, I would definitely come back to this salon.

My friend and I purchased Groupons for Polished Nails as well. We actually tried twice to get appointments for a Saturday or Sunday morning using the Groupon. We ended up with an 11:00 a.m. Sunday appointment. We had a fantastic experience at this salon. We chatted with all the staff even the girls who were working with other clients, and other clients as well. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I asked if they were having a lot of response from the Groupon and was told yes they were. Then they explained that they try schedule back to back Groupon appointments and then leave spaces between blocks so that regular customers can schedule or just walk and be seen as well. As I fully intend to become a regular customer at this salon, I very much appreciate knowing that they work hard to make sure their regular customers are a priority for them. Plus, I had one of the best mani-pedi's I've had in this area....and their non-Groupon prices can't be beat.

I am already disappointed and I haven't even got through the door. I made an 11am appointment almost a week ago, it is currently 11:15am and I am STILL waiting outside. The lights are off and the door is locked. Who runs a business like this? I wonder if maybe groupon should look into who they offer deals for. I can't imagine this spot being very successful.

My friend and I purchased groupons and had the same experience with the gentleman that the other reviewer had. He was so rude it made me not even want to redeem it. I definitely will not return!!

I purchased a groupon for your salon all excited to use it called on thursday morning to schedule appointment for Thursday 5:30 when I called the first thing out of the gentlemans mouth was do you have a groupon yes can't schedule til next Tuesday really just because you have a groupon you have to wait almost a week to use it. So if I walk into the salon without the groupon will I beable to have my nails done maybe i should't purchase groupons if this is how you treat your customers that purchase them
