The Mac Express is a great Mac Store for most all your Mac needs.I came in with a question about my Macbook pro and received excellent service. The Macgeek i spoke to was very knowledgeable, no more waiting at the genius bar!!! I'm so glad we have our own Mac store right in Wareham. No more driving an hour to Boston or Providence!

I loved the service I received a while back. Just recently I found the salesperson not willing to accomodate a wish. So I am not so sure I want to purchase any more product. I feel that service and understanding of the customer needs are very important this is what makes or break a sale.
