I am very dissapointed in the service and customer service from this store. Today during the morning I went in the Waplingers store to replace the four tires in my honda CRV. I was quoted a price and told them to go ahead with replacing all of my tires as a snow storm was coming and I needed a vehicle to move. I waited the whole day, communicating with the store about the status and they told me to go ahead and pick up my car. When I got to the store, the tires where different, cheaper quality, and different price than I had ordered. I was told by Chris that they made a mistake in ordering the tires and that they did not have the ones that i had told them to order. Now they returned my car, without the tires..I am driving with a spare time in the middle of a snow storm dangerously with my two babies and have not had any compensation or solution about this problem. Tomorrow will be Thanksgiving day and they will be closed and there was not even a Manager to speak to or anything.I demand that someone takes this matter into hands and solves this problem for me as soon as possible. This is an irresponsible store with uncapable employees who do not have customer service at all.
