Only went 1 time with no reservations, we waited maybe 10 minutes and were seated at the hibachi table. It wa myself, my husband & 5 year old. The service was great, very attentive, the food delicious and the prices quite reasonable. I'm not sure what the complaints are about but i plan to return!

We went there Friday night for Hibachi, unfortunately we did not have reservations. There was only two hibachi tables, so we were offered a hibachi meal at a regular table. We agreed, and paid the hibachi price for regular table service. I would have thought we would be offered a free desert or something since we were paying for the "entertainment" at the hibachi table, which we didnt receive. We would have been ok with that since the food was good, however, the service was awful. Not once did anyone come over to refill our drinks or ask if everything was ok. We had to ask for a desert menu and then noone came back to ask if we actually wanted desert. I purposely left my menu hanging off the end of the table to attract attention. Nothing. I had to flag down a different waitress to order desert. Bottom line, the food was decent, but they shouldnt be advertising hibachi so heavily if there are only two hibachi tables, and the service was awful.

I tried to order lunch there yesturday, not only did the person not speak english he also put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me, I think I will skip this place
