Since its inception in 1852, Lyons Magnus has offered the food and industrial dairy industries a broad line of fruit, beverage and chocolate products. Family-owned and operated Lyons is directly involved at nearly every level of its industry, including growing and processing of key raw materials, process engineering, manufacturing, warehousing and transportation. The business is segmented into three primary divisions, which include foodservice, ingredient and international. The Foodservice Division supplies foodservice operators with a variety of products including fountain syrups and toppings, aseptic juices, beverage bases, fruit fillings and breakfast condiments. The Lyons Ingredient Division provides fruit and flavor preparations designed for frozen desserts, cultured or beverage products. Foodservice and ingredient products are offered to customers outside of the United States. Lyons Magnus maintain two manufacturing facilities including one in Walton, Ky.
