  The Nelson Companies’ in-house General Counsel has served the Company for more than 29 years in connection with all legal aspects of the Company’s real estate development, leasing, property management and construction services, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, subleases and license agreement and related documentation, contracts, including for construction and design services. The Company’s General Counsel also oversees all legal services relating to the Company’s and its affiliates’ business and corporate matters.
