Dogwood Hills in Walterboro, SC was taken over by the bank in Fall of 2011. It is undergoing extensive upgrading and much needed improvements. You can play 18 with a cart for $20. A great value considering it is only a 9 hole course. It will be up for sale when renovations are complete and considering how poorly it was run in the past whatever happens will be a massive improvement. There will be a four star seafood restaurant opening soon and I would highly recommend you give it a try. Past owners never took advantage of great opportunities that were staring them in the face.
