The quality of this "home-made" ice cream is amazing. You have to try it.You'll find some unusual flavors like their specialty ginger; it has CHUNKS of candied ginger in every bite. Our local market couldn't keep it in stock. Now I buy directly by the half gallon instead of pints. My personal favorite is coffee. They are all good, however. Everyone leaving the place on Route 12 comes out smiling. The serving sizes are incredible and reasonably priced. Try it, but save the half gallons of ginger for me, please.Yummy
