This is unsolicited.. I contacted Jeff,the manager, about a leaking windshield on a late model car. I had already been through the problem with a dealership (" not original equipment.We'll fix it and you or your insurer will pay") and my insurer (" loss is not due to an 'incident'; we won't pay"). Resigned to eating the loss I made an appointment at Acme to replace the glass.When I came to my appointment Jeff had already ordered the replacement glass. Before he did the repair Jeff was willing to talk the problem through to see if I could resolve it without out of pocket loss. He examined the windshield and showed me how it flexxed, a no-no for the glass. He deduced it was installed as original equipment wthout sealer and suggested that I go to the local dealership and pursue a warranty claim which I did. The net result is that Acme got no financial gain from the transaction but satisfied a customer. That's the way to run a business. I'll be back and I 'll tell my friends.

They come to you, for free!!! The employees are friendly and helpful. The BEST price around! I am very happy to have found them and will refer everyone to them.

After the last glass shop i tried had my car for 3 days waiting for the glass to arrive i tried Acme this time because my freind said they are very professional, quick and are locally family owned. I dropped my car off and picked it up and had no headaches since. Couldnt ask for more. John Cook of Walpole

The cold weather made the crack on my windshield spread so i called Acme Glass that mourning and by the afternoon i had a brand new windshield in. They called my insurance company for me and they also vacuumed my whole car, and fixed my passenger window which wasnt working for free. They def. have a great team over there. - Joe

I called a glass company to come out and put a windshield in my Land Rover and they said "we don't know how" That made me worry !!!So my dealer told me about Acme and they came right out and did a great job, clean professional, with a lot of knowledge of the vehicle and the products he was using. The man was so polite I wasn't worried at all and I haven't had any problems. THANKS
This is a customer focused business. I have NEVER seen a business do something for someone out of the goodness of their hearts and not for their bottom line - I will take all my future glass business to this company and will direct all friends and family to them.
I DO A LOT OF TRAVELING AROUND THE COUNTRY. ON A RECENT VISIT TO THE CAPE SOME ONE SMASHED MY WINDSHIELD . I HAVE DEALT WITH ACME GLASS CO . BEFORE AND THEY SERVICED ME AGAIN IN THE TIME FRAME I NEEDED.
