  Steve Seto practices real estate and title-related litigation with an emphasis on representation of property owners, lenders, title insurance companies and escrow companies in state and federal court, bankruptcy court and arbitration. Mr. Seto advises clients on various types of real estate disputes including title insurance and escrow claims, boundary and easement disputes, lien priority determinations, partition actions, purchase and sale disputes, and quiet title actions.  He also has extensive experience representing lenders and individual property owners who have been victimized by real estate fraud and identity theft.  In addition, Mr. Seto represents individuals and companies in partnership dissolution actions, shareholder disputes, agency/lack of authority litigation and employment matters.

  Bruce A. McIntosh is a trial attorney specializing in business disputes such as contracts, real estate transactions and employment matters. He has handled numerous construction defect cases, both for defendants and plaintiffs. Mr. McIntosh also advises nonprofit corporations, especially religious nonprofit corporations, including both churches and schools. He advises churches on property matters and was the lead counsel for the prevailing party in Concord Christian Center v. Open Bible Standard Churches (2005) 132 Cal.App.4th 1396. Mr. McIntosh is an elder at Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, and is licensed to practice in both California and Colorado.

  Cum laude from Oak Brook College of Law and passed the California Bar Exam on first taking, becoming one of five attorneys my age. I worked in federal civil rights litigation during law school at Pacific Justice Institute and as a judicial extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 2005. I have continued representing select clients pro bono in free speech, religious liberty, and public interest claims throughout my career, suing the government and in some cases securing awards of attorney’s fees. I worked at two law firms in Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, California during my first few years in practice, helping secure a $1 million judgment after jury trial at one (Barr & Barr Attorneys) and helping recover multiple six-digit settlements for personal injury victims at another (Stoddard Bergquist Wood & Anderson).
