Miramonte Land & Development Company has been in business for over 50 years, as a developer and as a manager of commercial and residential properties, including common interest developments. One of the late principals of Miramonte played an important part in developing the content of the original Davis-Stirling Act, the single piece of legislation that is most instrumental in the manner in which associations are governed today.
